This is our day-of coordination package! Beginning 90 days before your event, this option includes services like:  

• Two (2) in-person or virtual meetings (not including walkthroughs & rehearsals)
• Unlimited email & phone communication
• Shared access to our PCE Planning Tool and resource folders
• Timeline creation and other supporting documents
• Attend and direct final venue walkthrough and event rehearsals
• Provide all day service with myself and one (1) PCE Assistant, from setup to breakdown 
• And more!

AKA our partial planning package that offers everything the day-of coordination package offers and SO MUCH more! The Quincy allows us to hit the ground running in our planning marathon at the moment of signing, and provides elevated services like:

• Six (6) in-person/virtual meetings & unlimited email and phone communication 
• Budget creation & management
• Personalized venue & vendor recommendations 
•  Vendor contract review & negotiation
• Customized design board proposals for potential & current vendors

The Paradiso is a destination wedding package designed for couples who want to be actively involved in the planning process, with an experienced planner alongside to take care of the research, logistics groundwork, and all of the nitty-nitty details.

Whether you're dreaming of saying "I do" on a Caribbean beach, a European villa, or in the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro, I will be right by your side from start to finish, bringing to life an unforgettable moment in time for you and your guests!

Put me in, coach! I love a good arts-and-crafts session and can help you create signage, favors, unique place cards, bathroom emergency kits, and more!

Let's go scouting, tasting, and sightseeing together! With this add-on, I will be right by your side through your venue tours, in-person vendor scoutings, and catering tastings (this service is already included in The Paradiso package)

This option is perfect for those who want to take the planning into their own hands, but would love a professional in their corner.
